Amidst the rapid advancements in information technology, particularly the widespread application of digital and artificial intelligence technologies, the field of higher education is undergoing unprecedented transformations. Furthermore, the escalating global emphasis on sustainable development underscores the increasingly crucial role of higher education in nurturing talents with a global perspective, innovative spirit, and social responsibility.
